Here are the engineering specs for my patent application for my idea machine. I don’t want to give too much away since the patent isn’t even pending yet, but it’s a pencil and a spiral notebook from the dollar store.
How it works is I sit down with them and I rub them together until I get something beyond awesome, like “Friendly neighborhood HOBO” or “Tell me I’m pretty.” In short, micro-revolutions in the history of art that I can later turn into a tee shirt or drawing.
I discard about 95% of what I write down.
